About the Waneka Lake Mural

It's about ecology. And art.

It's about joyful interactions in my community, all because that's what art does, it brings out joyful feelings. It is just a dream to be doing this, painting this very special mural. For one, it's the very first ENTIRE building I've ever painted! Talk about vision into reality.

Here are some progress shots, as of Wednesday October 9th, 2024 - I have now painted for 9 days on the art itself. I must be patient and keep steady so that I can fulfill all that I envision for this piece. There will be a LOT of details and a LOT of species represented. 

Anyhow, I'll add more to this post soon, bust it's late and I really need to sleep more than I do. Happy dreaming!
