Shock Art in Longmont, CO

Shock Art - public painting on transformer boxes

I have had the opportunity two years in a row to paint transformer boxes in Longmont, CO Art in Public Places SHOCK ART Program. My first piece is titled, "Let it Bee" on Main Street and 6th Ave, across from the Pump House in downtown.
This is the model for the design "Let it Bee"

"Insectopia" Shock Box

Location:  on Hover Street and Nelson, next to the south side of Target Shopping Center, Longmont, CO.

And because the bug theme is so awesome, my second piece, called "Insectopia" is also loaded with insects - a moth, dragonfly, spiders and beetles and big beautiful and colorful flowers. It's topped with giant red ants.

I sure do love to paint in the public setting.
There are so many opportunities to speak with people about art. People just love to see artists working on projects.

seriously, no more than 6 in a year

I won't send you more than six hand written letters a year. Because it's just me writing them. With my own brian. Not AI. And because I have issues, I work a lot and I have ADHD. next, you're welcome.

But seriously I have some great tips on how to become the art collector you've always dreamed to be, that loves their space. And believe it or not, you can do it with grade school math and paper.(showing my age) And of course, what has my paint brushes wet this season - this summer is mushrooms!

just sign up. sending love, tif
