About the Art

I OF 2 IN SERIES, Ghosts Among Us, 12 X 36 INCHES. ACRYLIC ON STRETCHED CANVAS.

A PALE FIGURE CLIMBS MIDNIGHT RUNGS, REACHING FOR THE CRESCENTS GLOW.

BELOW, THE HALF-FROZEN WATERS DREAM, AND HOLD THE STARS AT BAY BELOW.

GOSH, I LOVE SPOOKY SEASON!!

SO I STARTED DESIGNING THESE TWO CANVASES SIMULTANEOUSLY, MOSTLY WORKING IN THE QUIET HOURS BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 5 AM, IN BETWEEN MURAL JOBS. SOMETIMES ITS THE EARLY MORNING QUIET, PAINTING MY DREAMS & PRAYERFUL TIME WITH GOD THAT GIVE ME PEACE AND KEEP MY SANITY.

GHOSTS ARE SO CLASSIC, IMAGINATIVE AND MYSTICAL.

THEY INVOKE A SENSE OF WONDER!
