About the Art
"Want to Break Free" was crafted by Tif Choate in 2023
My vision is to express that the eye in the painting is both vulnerable and bold. Like a well, its emotional depth is hidden behind a shimmery surface of fragility, compelling the viewer to linger. The abstract city setting reflects the challenges faced by those who feel unseen or marginalized. "Want to Break Free" highlights the importance of visibility, aiming to inspire conversations about how we perceive and interact with one another, and the power of the human gaze in our interconnected world.
Materials
Painting is executed on 20x20x1.5 inches Pro-Edge canvas, using Professional Acrylic and is protected with a glaze of UV varnish and secured with hanging wire. This original painting is framed with a 1" black floating wood frame. It includes a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and is signed by the artist on the back.
Shipping
Shipping is available within the USA. Oversized paintings are rolled and shipped in a tube, while smaller paintings come mounted on a wooden frame and packaged in secure boxes.
